Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, and we ask that you notify us of any cancellations or reschedules at least 24 hours ahead of your appointment.  Any cancellation within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 40% of the service fee. In the case of tardiness, we understand that life can happen and will do our best to honor all appointments showing up less than 15 minutes late.

For appointments that are less than 15 minutes late, we will do our best to accommodate you.  You will still be charged the full price of the appointment, however, and it may be abbreviated to stay within the scheduled appointment period.
